Job Title: Tele caller – Real Estate Sales B2B Business

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telecaller to join our real estate sales team in Gurgaon. The primary role is to qualify prospects, and schedule a meeting with broker for our mandate projects in Gurgaon. You will be the first point of contact for potential brokers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

● Make 100–120+ New outbound calls daily to potential brokers from provided databases, past inquiries, and marketing campaigns.

● Introduce ongoing and upcoming real estate mandate projects of Realtibulls to brokers and explain them what is in it for them.

● Qualify leads based on brokers interest.

● Fix broker’s appointments with the B2B sales team.

● Follow up consistently with warm leads (cold leads to be nurtured over 15–30 days).

● Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up reminders in CRM software.





● Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs: calls made, connects, qualified leads, broker onboarding and closures assisted.

● Handle inbound inquiries from digital ads, social media, and property portals (e.g., 99acres, Magicbricks, Square Yards) and whatsapp groups.

● Provide basic project information – pricing, floor plans, possession date, RERA registration, amenities, payment plans and broker slabs.

● Overcome basic objections and redirect serious leads to senior sales executives for negotiation or deep details explanations.

● Calling to all database provided by company and submit timely report.

Required Skills & Competencies

● Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi (mandatory), English (positive to have), and Haryanvi/Punjabi (plus).

● Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive phone manner.

● Local Knowledge: Basic understanding of Gurgaon sectors, landmarks, real estate micro-markets, and price trends.
