About the Role

Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Nanpara is looking for an experienced School Administrator to manage day-to-day school operations, ensure smooth coordination with the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) board, and oversee staffing and resource management across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for CBSE affiliation, compliance, and documentation, including annual returns, affiliation renewal, syllabus updates, and board correspondence.

Ensure the school adheres to CBSE norms and guidelines covering infrastructure, staffing ratios, academic calendar, and examination processes.

Coordinate with CBSE regional offices for inspections, audits, and approvals.

Manage recruitment and resource hiring for teaching and non-teaching staff,



including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Plan staff resource allocation across academic terms, including workload distribution, substitute planning, and department staffing needs.

Oversee administrative operations such as attendance systems, admissions coordination, and vendor/facility management.

Maintain records required for CBSE audits and inspections.

Liaise between management, teaching staff, and the board on policy and compliance matters.

Support budgeting and resource planning for academic and operational needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience working with CBSE-affiliated schools, with hands-on knowledge of affiliation processes, compliance, and board documentation.

Experience in staff recruitment and HR functions within an educational setup.

Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
