Your impact
We are looking for an experienced
Telecom Engineer
to support the design, execution, and commissioning of
Data Center projects
. The role involves working on telecom and ELV systems, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Design, review, and implement Telecom systems for Data Center projects.
- Handle systems such as Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic Networks, Data & Voice, CCTV, Access Control, PA, BMS Interface, and WLAN
- Prepare and review design drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during design phase.( Civil & MEP)
- Support site activities, inspections, testing, and commissioning
- Liaise with vendors, consultants, and clients for technical clarifications
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms
- Attend technical meetings and provide regular project updates
- Data Center Integration Design structured cabling, rack placement in the data hall/ MMR/VNR, ensuring seamless connection to the OSP to ISP through Fiber runners and interconnectivity of VNR/MNR to respective 2-post and 4-post rack designated to Data hall through Torpedo cable and MPO connectors .
- Inter building connection with Bundled Fiber / OFC/ Fiber runners
- Interconnection between the racks and preparation of cable schedule
- Candidates having DC IT design consultancy background / Data Center IT design background will be added advantage
- Familiar with Data Center Master Plan, Concept, Schematics.
- Should have fair understanding on TIA-942-B Standard for Data Centers.
