About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our customer base and strengthen business relationships in the bioculture manufacturing industry.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing customer relationships, and supporting sales growth across relevant markets. The role requires strong communication skills, a willingness to learn technical products, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, online platforms, and outbound communication.
- Generate and qualify leads from potential customers, distributors, dealers, institutions, and industry partners.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings, and other business channels.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant product information effectively.




- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate with technical teams when detailed product information is required.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, product information, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities.
- Explore opportunities for distributor, dealer, institutional, and B2B partnerships.
