As we continue to expand our market presence and strengthen our customer network, we are looking for a
energetic, commercially driven, and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager
to lead business development initiatives and accelerate growth.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving
B2B sales, customer acquisition, business development, and strategic account management
across the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

• Identify new markets, customers, applications, and revenue opportunities.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial customers.

• Drive sales of
Acids, Solvents, Fine Chemicals & Specialty Chemicals
.

• Develop a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, market mapping,



and customer visits.

• Handle commercial negotiations, quotations, pricing, and order closures.

• Track market intelligence, competitor activities, demand trends, and pricing movements.

• Coordinate closely with Purchase, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless order execution.

• Manage sales performance and consistently achieve defined business targets.

What We’re Looking For

•
3–7 years of relevant experience
in Chemical Sales, Marketing, Distribution, or B2B Business Development.

• Graduate/MBA in
Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline
.

• Strong understanding of the
Indian chemical market and industrial B2B sales
.

• Proven ability to develop new business and convert opportunities into long-term accounts.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
