About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
Operations Assistant
to work directly with the Founder in managing day-to-day business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving operational challenges, planning activities, following up on deliverables, and ensuring business operations run efficiently.

You will act as the operational bridge between the Founder, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders while supporting hiring, planning, reporting, scheduling, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Founder Support
- Work directly with the Founder on day-to-day operational activities.
- Assist in planning, prioritizing,



and executing strategic initiatives.
- Maintain action trackers and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Report project progress, risks, and blockers directly to the Founder.
- Organize calendars, meetings, and operational schedules.

2. Recruitment & Hiring Coordination
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for recent interns and employees.
- Ensure all required onboarding documents are collected.

3. Team Operations Management
- Coordinate daily team stand-up meetings and operational syncs.
- Track task assignments and monitor progress.
- Follow up with team members on pending deliverables.
