We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in Demand Management and ServiceNow SPM/PPM. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and technical teams to manage the end-to-end demand lifecycle.

The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, evaluating and prioritizing demands, preparing BRD/BRS documentation, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and ensuring alignment with business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Management & Business Analysis
- Manage the end-to-end Demand Management lifecycle within ServiceNow.
- Evaluate business demands based on business value, feasibility, impact, ROI, risks, dependencies, and strategic alignment.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Analyze and document business processes, use cases, functional requirements, and workflows.
- Prioritize demands based on business objectives and roadmap alignment.




- Decompose complex business requirements into structured, actionable requirements for technical teams.
- Translate business and functional requirements into user stories, workflows, and solution requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to validate solution feasibility.

Stakeholder & Product Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between Business Users, Product Owners, and Technical Teams.
- Facilitate discussions between business and technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and demand prioritization.
- Ensure demand intake aligns with enterprise goals and transformation initiatives.
- Provide updates on demand status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.

ServiceNow Functional Expertise
