Merchant Exporters of Pharmaceutical Products

About the Role: Raay Neo Pharma (RNP) operates as a merchant exporter we register products sourced by our internal Sourcing team under the Raay Neo Pharma name in overseas markets, and manage the end-to-end commercial and regulatory lifecycle through local distributors. This role is an entry point into international pharma business development, working closely with RNP's internal Sourcing and Regulatory teams to support market entry, registration tracking, and export commercial operations across regions such as Africa, Latin America, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market expansion & Business Support

- Assist in identifying new export markets and potential product opportunities through desk research and secondary data.
- Search & Identify Current potential customers for the Raay Neo Pharma products

– Educate customers regularly on the products offered by company – Find out possible distributors who can assist in selling company product in a new market.

– Finalise products, pricing and work on business case for management approval

– Support in sign off of Commercial and supply chain agreement with the Customer and Close the Raay Neo Pharma distribution agreement

- Support seniors in mapping country-specific product demand against RNP's existing and prospective product portfolio.
- Coordinate with distributors to gather market intelligence, pricing trends, and competitor information.

2. Commercial & Documentation Support

- Remain constantly in touch with the existing clients/customer in the existing markets to ensure continuous and steady growth of revenues in the existing markets.
- Assist in preparing quotations, product costing sheets, and business case documents for management approval, using inputs from the Sourcing team.




- Support drafting and follow-up of distribution/commercial agreements between Raay Neo Pharma and distributors.
- Ensure renewal of all agreements before expiry and update the annexure as necessary
- Achievement of budgeted bottom line targets & country wise profits
- Help prepare tender documentation — product lists, pricing inputs, and samples — in coordination with distributors and the internal Sourcing team.
- Followup on results of tender award

3. Product Sourcing Coordination (Internal)

- Coordinate with RNP's internal Sourcing team to obtain product availability, technical dossiers (CTD/ACTD), specifications, stability data, and pricing for target molecules.
- Relay market-specific product requirements gathered from distributors to the Sourcing team and follow up on status.

4. Regulatory Registration Support (Internal)

- Work closely with the distributor’s RA team for registration guidelines, evaluation of submitted dossiers
- Coordinate with RNP's internal Regulatory team to compile and organise registration dossiers for submission under the Raay Neo Pharma name, and liaise with the distributor's regulatory affairs (RA) team for country-specific requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all time-lines pertaining to regulatory affairs and documentation requirements and compliances as per country specific defined norms.
- Serve as the communication bridge between the distributor's RA team and Raay Neo Pharma's Regulatory team, ensuring queries and updates flow smoothly on both sides.
- Followup on registration and renewals of the products,



Track registration timelines and deficiency queries for each product/country with the Regulatory team and escalate delays to seniors.
- Maintain an up-to-date tracker of products under registration, renewals due, and agreements nearing expiry.
- Maintain organised digital records of contracts, dossiers, and correspondence for easy retrieval.

5. Supply Chain & Order Coordination

- Support monthly supply/sales tracker updates for the assigned product portfolio.
- Coordinate between the internal Sourcing team, freight/logistics partners, and distributors to ensure timely execution of confirmed orders.
- Assist in tracking order status end-to-end and flag any delays proactively to seniors.

6. General & Administrative

- Conduct regular virtual meetings or visits to existing and potential markets and interact with local customers
- Support seniors during international seminars/exhibitions with pre-event coordination and follow-up documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Any Science Graduate / B.Pharm / M.Pharm, or MBA with specialisation in International Business.
- 4–5 years of experience; prior exposure to pharma exports or regulatory documentation will be an advantage, but freshers with a strong interest in pharma exports are welcome to apply.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; comfort with maintaining structured trackers and databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate professionally with manufacturers, distributors, and regulatory consultants across geographies.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple product/country trackers simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn regulatory/dossier terminology and adapt to country-specific registration requirements.
