Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru. The Intern will support the team with research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including case law, statutes, and recent legal developments.





Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal opinions and notes, and supporting due diligence and transaction-related documentation.

The Intern will help organize and maintain case files, documentation, and internal knowledge repositories, as well as contribute to client preparation and training materials when required.

The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to corporate law practice, client service, and skilled ethics in a collaborative environment.

Work Timings: Flexible between (9:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.)

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- Inclination to pick up legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law accurately.
- Interest in corporate law, start-up advisory, transactions, and intellectual property will be an advantage.
- Maintain professional standards and integrity in a team-oriented setting.
- Familiarity with common office productivity tools
