Role & responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through calls, chats.

- Understand customer concerns and provide clear and accurate solutions.

- Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.

- Follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns have been resolved.

- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Product and Technology teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in any discipline.

- Proficiency in spoken Tamil is mandatory.

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

- Customer-focused attitude with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.

- Comfortable communicating with customers through calls, emails, and chats.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends when scheduled.
