About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, planning, and documentation, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing architectural drawings, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring that designs are implemented accurately at the site.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

¢ Prepare and modify working drawings and construction documentation.

¢ Develop designs based on client requirements, project specifications, and applicable standards.

¢ Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site supervisors.

¢ Conduct site visits and monitor implementation of architectural drawings.

¢ Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and design specifications.

¢ Prepare presentations, material selections, and design proposals when required.

¢ Review drawings and identify design or execution-related issues.





¢ Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.

¢ Maintain proper project documentation and drawing records.

¢ Resolve site-related design queries and assist with necessary approvals.

¢ Manage multiple projects/tasks while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

¢ Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture or a related field.

¢ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

¢ Good knowledge of architectural planning and construction detailing.

¢ Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

¢ Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software is an advantage.

¢ Strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

¢ Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.

¢ Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
