Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Interior Execution & Project Management
- Excellent MS Excel & MIS reporting skills
- Ability to build and implement systems, SOPs & workflows
- Manage manpower, material, engineers, vendors & timelines
- Strong technical understanding of drawings, BOQ & site execution
- Ability to drive engineers/teams and take complete ownership
- Should be capable of understanding and resolving technical issues independently when required
- Excellent English communication & management skills
- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving abilities
