Role Description The Interior Design Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, focused on guiding clients through the end-to-end interior design process. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and budget, and translating these requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing design concepts. The consultant will prepare mood boards, layouts, and product recommendations, including furniture and finishes, and collaborate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely project delivery.

The role involves explaining design proposals, managing client expectations, addressing queries,



and supporting sales closure by presenting suitable design and pricing options. The consultant is expected to maintain high standards of customer service, uphold brand guidelines, and contribute to revenue targets, with potential compensation up to 6 LPA based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in interior design principles, space planning, and material selection, with the ability to create practical, visually appealing designs.
- Sales abilities, including consultative selling, upselling design solutions, and supporting closure of deals.
- Knowledge of furniture styles, measurements, and placement to align products with client needs and design concepts.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience using design tools or software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a client-centric mindset, with prior experience in residential interiors or retail design being an advantage.
