Role Description This is a temporary, in office Interior Architect role based in Bengaluru.

The Interior

Architect will collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop interior concepts, prepare detailed drawings, and refine space planning solutions for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Daily tasks include creating and reviewing design layouts, coordinating interior fit-out details, selecting materials and finishes, and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution. The role involves regular site visits to monitor progress,



address design-related queries, and align contractors and vendors with project specifications.

The Interior

Architect will also participate in client meetings, present design options, and support documentation for approvals and project handover.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Architecture to develop functional, efficient, and user-centered interior layouts.
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out to translate concepts into detailed drawings, material selections, and execution-ready specifications.
- Solid understanding of Architecture principles to integrate interior solutions with structural, MEP, and overall building design requirements.
- Ability to use design and documentation tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) for drawings, 3D visualizations, and coordination.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture, with prior experience in interior projects or fit-out works.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, and site teams, and to manage multiple tasks within project timelines.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices, local building codes, and industry standards; experience in Bengaluru or similar urban contexts is beneficial.
