Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Agency Manager to develop and manage the agency sales channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, motivating, and managing insurance agents/advisors to achieve business and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents/advisors.
- Build, develop, and maintain a strong agency network.
- Train and mentor agents on insurance products, sales techniques, and processes.
- Drive agents to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Generate business through the agency channel and ensure consistent sales performance.
- Monitor agent performance and provide regular coaching and support.
- Develop strong relationships with agents and help them generate new customers.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and policy-related processes.
- Track sales performance, productivity, and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in sales meetings, campaigns, and business development activities.





Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 26 years of experience in insurance sales, agency sales, BFSI, or related field.
- Experience in recruiting and managing agents/advisors will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good sales and team-handling capabilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business objectives.
