– CONSUMER INSTALLATION & DEMO ENGINEERPosition Consumer Installation & Demo Engineer Location Chennai – Tamil Nadu Job Type Full-Time | Field Job Job SummaryWe are looking for a Consumer Installation & Demo Engineer to handle product installation, demonstration, configuration, and customer training at customer locations across Chennai. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer locations across Chennai for product installation and demonstration.

Install and configure consumer electronic/home appliance products as per company guidelines. Conduct detailed product demonstrations and explain product features and usage to customers. Provide basic technical guidance and customer training.

Check product functionality after installation and ensure proper working condition. Perform basic troubleshooting related to installation, connectivity, wiring, and product operation. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate technical support.

Coordinate with the service/support team for technical issues that cannot be resolved at site. Complete installation, demo, and service reports through the required mobile application/system. Maintain proper records of completed installations and customer feedback.

Follow company safety, quality, and customer-service standards.



Travel within Chennai based on daily installation schedules.

Candidate Profile Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, EEE or relevant field.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic products. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic troubleshooting knowledge. Willingness to work as a field engineer. Should have a professional attitude and good grooming. Must be comfortable travelling across Chennai.
