We are looking for a qualified and experienced Inspection Engineer to join our Third-Party Inspection & Certification team.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting statutory inspections, safety inspections, testing and certification of industrial equipment at various client sites.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Pressure Vessels, Cranes, EOT Cranes, Lifting Equipment, Hoists, Lifting Tools & Tackles and other mechanical equipment, along with good inspection and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct third-party and statutory inspections at client sites.

Inspect Pressure Vessels, Air Receivers, Storage Tanks and other pressure equipment.

Inspect EOT Cranes, Overhead Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Jib Cranes and other lifting equipment.

Inspect Electric/Manual Hoists, Winches, Lifting Tools & Tackles, Slings, Shackles, Hooks and other lifting accessories.

Carry out visual, dimensional and functional inspections of equipment.

Witness and verify load testing / proof load testing of cranes and lifting equipment.

Verify equipment condition, safety devices, limit switches, brakes, ropes, hooks, drums, structures and other critical components.

Carry out inspection as per applicable statutory requirements, Indian Standards, manufacturer specifications and client requirements.

Review equipment documents, previous inspection certificates, test certificates and relevant technical documents.





Check calibration status of inspection and measuring instruments.

Identify defects, unsafe conditions and non-conformities and provide appropriate observations/recommendations.

Prepare skilled inspection reports, test reports, checklists and certificates.

Coordinate with clients, site personnel, maintenance teams and other inspection agencies.

Conduct site visits to factories, manufacturing units, construction sites and industrial facilities.

Maintain proper inspection records and submit reports within the required timelines.

Ensure all inspection activities are carried out safely and professionally.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in inspection, QA/QC, statutory inspection, lifting equipment inspection or third-party inspection.

Practical knowledge of cranes, EOT cranes, pressure vessels and lifting equipment will be preferred.

Knowledge of relevant IS Codes, statutory requirements and inspection procedures.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

- Good knowledge of measurement instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape, Torque Wrench, etc.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Candidate should be comfortable with field work and industrial environments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
