About the Role
HireKarma is looking for a results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead from the front, build a high-performing sales team, and take complete ownership of sales performance and revenue outcomes. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on targets, coaching, and driving consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed targets
- Own and drive monthly sales and revenue targets for the team
- Monitor individual and team performance through structured tracking and reviews
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen selling and negotiation skills
- Take complete ownership and accountability for team performance and outcomes
- Identify growth opportunities and drive consistent business expansion and revenue generation
- Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategy, forecasting, and reporting
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team-leading or supervisory capacity
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory
