Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information about services and project offerings. The specialist will qualify leads, schedule consultations or site visits, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Daily responsibilities include building relationships with prospective and existing clients, following up on leads from marketing campaigns, and supporting the sales team to meet revenue and conversion targets.



The role also involves coordinating with project and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs, addressing customer questions, and contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to manage pipelines, qualify prospects, and convert inquiries into opportunities.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- Strong Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and confident telephone and in-person interactions.
- Basic CRM and sales reporting skills, with the ability to track activities, update records, and use data for follow-ups.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
