(IT Inside Sales executive / IT BDM Business Development Manager) Responsibilities Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding, and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts. Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations. Closes new accounts by answering telephone, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information. Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfilment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs. Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features. Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in events to generate leads and opportunities.



Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Answering any technical questions, the client might have. Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication. Work with pre sales teams to achieve sales target.

Candidate

Profile Strong Knowledge in Servers, Storage, Networking, Cybersecurity, and other IT produces and services. Good listening skills and convincing skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales target. Excellent selling skills, a keen interest in IT issues, Initiative, Presentation skills. Excellent communication skills. Experience - 0-1 or more years.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
