We are looking for a confident and target-driven inside sales manager to join our growing marketing company.

You will be responsible for calling leads, understanding their business and marketing requirements, presenting our services, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into paying clients.

Our target customers are primarily businesses and professionals in Canada.

This is a sales-focused role, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone, handling objections, negotiating, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Call new leads provided by the company
- Understand the prospect's business and marketing requirements
- Explain and sell appropriate marketing packages
- Conduct sales presentations over phone or video call
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Handle pricing questions and sales objections
- Negotiate and close deals
- Upsell additional marketing and CRM services
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams after closing the sale





Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate should have:

- Previous experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, business development, or B2B Sales
- Strong spoken English and professional communication skills
- Confidence speaking with Canadian and international clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to understand digital marketing products
- Experience using CRM and lead-management systems
- Strong follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

Previous experience selling digital marketing, websites, SEO, advertising, SaaS, CRM, or other business services is highly preferred.

Working Hours

This is a work-from-home position from India, but you will work according to Toronto, Canada, business hours.

Candidates must be comfortable working evening/night shifts in India.
