Role Description The Inside Sales Intern (Only freshers) role at Internz Learn is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the intern will engage with prospective learners, introduce Internz Learn’s programs, and clearly explain course benefits and outcomes. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and supporting the sales team with pipeline management.

The intern will assist in qualifying leads, scheduling demos or consultations,



and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to improve the overall learner acquisition process. This position offers an chance to gain hands-on experience in inside sales, edtech, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over phone and online channels.
- Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, with a willingness to learn inside sales practices.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with online collaboration platforms; exposure to CRM tools is an advantage.
- Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and tasks.
- Recently graduated or final-year student (freshers only) from any discipline; background in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for education and technology, and an interest in contributing to a mission-driven edtech organization.
