1. Inside Sales Executive
- Gender: Male / Female
- Experience: 4–5 Years
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Handle customer calls and generate sales through telephonic communication.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain solid customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
1. Telecaller / Telecaller Team
- Gender: Female
- Experience: 2–3 Years for Telecaller / 5+ Years for Team Leader
- Salary: Up to ₹15,000 for Telecaller / ₹35,000–₹40,000 for Team Leader
- Handle customer calls and regular follow-ups.
- Manage daily telecalling activities and team performance.
- Maintain call records and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
- For Team Leader: Lead, monitor and guide the telecalling team.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales/Telecalling experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
