- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
- Exposure to selling training programs, software solutions, or technical services is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS, CAD, or similar tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email campaigns, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of the training programs.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify leads through research, databases, and online platforms.
- Contact engineering students, academic institutions, and working professionals to promote training programs.

- Sales Outreach:
- Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective students and professionals.




- Provide detailed information about training offerings, course structure, and benefits tailored to the customer’s needs.

- Consultative Selling:
- Understand the career goals and upskilling needs of potential participants.
- Recommend suitable training programs based on their requirements.

- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track leads using CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure timely conversions and address queries effectively.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate inquiries.
- Collaborate with trainers to understand training modules and incorporate value points into sales pitches.

- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics.
- Analyze feedback from prospects and suggest improvements to enhance the sales process.
