Reporting to the Manager/ Deputy Manager, this full time and permanent position is based in Mumbai / Indore, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Delivery Hub and its growth.

Our opportunity for you:

Job Title : Sr. Associate - Payroll & Payments

Location : GDH, Mumbai / Indore.

Purpose of the role: To assist in payroll operations for our clients, ensuring that each stage of the payroll process is properly actioned,



co-ordinating with payroll providers/ Gross-to-net team to ensure payrolls are processed correctly on time, that correct payments are made and appropriate information provided to pension schemes, Social security offices and other statutory and pension scheme bodies.

Key responsibilities:
Processing and reviewing of payrolls of various clients
Co-coordinating with the client and payroll vendors/ Gross-to-Net team with regards to payroll calculations
Managing client queries via email or call
Managing Monthly payroll journal and payroll taxes reconciliation
Ensuring effective coordination between people & processes
Driving quality focus across the team Members.
Proper & timely escalation in case of any deviations, discrepancies
100% adherence to Maker-checker concept, approval processes to ensure highest levels of quality compliance.
