SAP IS-Auto / Proaxia VSS Functional Consultant with robust techno-functional capabilities to support and enhance our Automotive Aftersales landscape. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP IS-Auto DBM, Proaxia VSS, SAP S/4HANA Automotive solutions , and automotive dealership operations.

The consultant will play a key role in solution design, implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of end-to-end Automotive Aftersales processes including Service Appointment Management, Workshop Operations, Parts Management, Warranty Processing, Vehicle Service Management, and Digital Customer Experience initiatives.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, OEM partners, project teams, developers, and integration teams to deliver scalable and creative automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration
Design, configure, and optimize SAP IS-Auto / DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for Automotive Aftersales operations.




Lead business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint activities.
Configure and support:
Service Orders
Workshop Management
Service Appointments
Vehicle Reception
Parts & Inventory Management
Warranty & Goodwill Processing
Recall Campaign Management
Labor Operations & Pricing
Vehicle Health Check (eVHC)
Customer Quotations & Approvals
Ensure adherence to SAP and Automotive industry best practices.

Business Process Analysis
Analyze existing automotive dealership processes and identify automation and optimization prospects.
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
