About the Role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at GrowthNXT, you will design and develop polished, scalable digital products and end-to-end web applications across the full technology stack. You will craft responsive user interfaces and scalable backend services while working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure to deliver seamless user experiences. You will own features from architecture discussions through CI/CD and production deployment, with responsibility for performance optimization, security-conscious development, and integrating AI-powered capabilities into customer-facing products. You will work closely with designers, AI engineers, product managers, and other engineering teams to turn product requirements into reliable, maintainable software.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end web applications.
- Develop scalable and secure backend services and APIs.
- Optimize application performance and reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.




- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Integrate third-party services and cloud infrastructure.
- Write maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with React or Next.js.
- Experience building backend services using Node.js or Python.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Some experience with protocols for Cyber-Security.
- Understanding of REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contemporary frontend frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
