About the Role

We are looking for experienced, self-driven Sales Professionals / Business Development Executives who have a solid network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for generating business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
- Connect with Founders, CEOs, MDs, Directors, HR Heads, Business Owners and Senior Management.
- Conduct prospecting through calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, referrals,



networking and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings/presentations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Prepare and share proposals/quotations with prospects.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records.
- Achieve mutually agreed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Generate business through personal networks, references and industry contacts.
