Role Description
The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The role involves guiding prospective students and families through the admissions process, explaining programs and services offered by 90+ My Tuition App, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. The counselor will conduct consultations, assess student needs, and recommend suitable tuition plans, while maintaining accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the admissions system.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with academic and operations teams, supporting outreach and promotional activities, and meeting enrollment targets through effective counseling and relationship-building. The role also requires adherence to organizational policies, regular reporting on admissions metrics, and participation in training or team meetings as needed.
