Role Description
The Relationship Officer role at ABC - Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. In this role, the Relationship Officer will build and manage relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their housing finance needs, and recommend appropriate loan products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing recent business through direct sales and channel partners, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and terms, and assisting customers through the loan application and documentation process. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for credit processing, disbursement, and post-disbursement support, while ensuring high standards of customer service and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
