Role Description
The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and usability of Roster’s AI-powered hiring platform. This contract, remote role involves designing and executing test plans,



developing automated test scripts, and performing manual and exploratory testing across web and backend services. The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to understand requirements, refine acceptance criteria, and validate current features before release. Day-to-day activities include identifying and documenting defects, analyzing root causes, maintaining test environments, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards. The role also includes monitoring production issues, supporting release cycles, and helping to enhance overall product quality and user experience.
