About the Role

Cyurae is looking for a
creative, proactive, communicative, and fast-learning individual
to join our growing startup. This is a versatile role combining
AI-powered content creation, social media management, networking and relationship building, branding support, and basic HR/people coordination
. The
most important requirement for this role is a genuine interest in learning and using AI tools for content creation
. Prior expertise in AI is not mandatory. We are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, creative, and willing to continuously learn new tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI & Content Creation – Primary Focus
- Learn and explore
AI tools for content creation, image generation, graphic design, and video creation
.
- Use AI tools creatively to develop high-quality content for the company.
- Create social media posts, visuals, reels, short-form videos, captions,



and other digital content.
- Continuously explore emerging AI platforms and identify tools that can improve the company’s content quality and efficiency.
- Experiment with recent content formats, concepts, and creative ideas.
- Stay updated with developments in AI-powered content creation.

2. Social Media & Branding
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and maintain a consistent and professional online presence.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content.
- Develop creative concepts for posts, campaigns, reels, stories, and other digital content.
- Help develop and maintain the company’s brand identity across digital platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement and interact professionally with the online community.
- Stay updated with social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
