Experience: 2–3+ years in Sales Support, Inside Sales, Sales Coordination or similar roles
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and organized Inside Sales Executive to handle customer communication, sales coordination and follow-ups while supporting the sales team in generating business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, email and other communication channels
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information
- Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records
Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc./Diploma or related qualification preferred
- 2–3+ years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of CRM/database management
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Positive interpersonal and organizational skills
Pay: ₹12,418.90 - ₹39,985.59 per month
