Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into successful sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive performance incentives
- Guide customers throughout their real estate journey
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer details and interactions in CRM

- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
