Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound professional to manage end-to-end operations for the AMC Vertical. The candidate will be responsible for handling site visits, preparing and verifying BOQs, vendor coordination, negotiations, reporting, and escalation management across infrastructure service domains such as HVAC, UPS, CCTV, FAS, and DG systems.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Site Operations

- Visit client sites as per requirements to assess technical and service needs.
- Prepare accurate BOQs based on site conditions and project scope.
- Verify BOQs shared by clients/vendors for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for technical clarifications.

Vendor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant service vendors.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and technical proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve cost efficiency.
- Maintain vendor databases and performance records.

Execution & Coordination

- Manage end-to-end execution of AMC and service requests.




- Track task progress and ensure timely closure within defined TAT.
- Maintain service trackers, logs, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate effectively between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and records.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and contractual requirements.

Escalation Handling

- Address operational and service-related issues promptly.
- Manage client and vendor escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
- 5–6 years of experience in Facility Management, AMC, Infrastructure Operations, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, UPS, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and DG systems.
- Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
