Key Responsibility

Contributing to dealorigination and sourcing

Building market connectsand develops strong coverage universe for infra opportunities.

Maintaining relationshipswith commercial banks, investment bankers and other peer participants in Infraspace.

Leading investments end toend include deal evaluation, diligence, analysis, transaction structuring,execution, documentation, and deal closures.

Preparing and reviewingfinancial models, investment memorandum and other deal collateral

Preparing memos /presentations as needed

Reviewing investments andportfolio and periodic financial updates for internal consumption and forinvestors

Post investmentinvestee/promoter relationship management, covenant tracking and overallportfolio management.

Supporting team inoperations including regulatory, audit, finance,



other compliances asnecessary; Liaisoning with both internal and external parties to ensure smoothworkflow.

Expected skill sets

Ability to have strongnetwork formal/ informal for deal sourcing.

Analytical mind-set foridentifying opportunities through secondary research.

Positive communication skillswith proficiency in client interactions and interface

Proficiency in MS Exceland financial modelling

Industry knowledgeand relationships among intermediaries, banks, and consultants
