? Key Skills Required

- Solid hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter & SQL
- 5+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter Production Support
- Strong experience in ETL Development, Production Support, Break-Fix & Incident Management
- Strong knowledge of Oracle / Netezza / SQL Server
- Expertise in troubleshooting ETL job failures and production issues
- Hands-on experience with Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor & Repository Manager
- Good understanding of Data Warehouse / Data Mart
- Experience with Parameter Files, Session Partitioning & Pushdown Optimization
- Strong SQL skills including complex queries, performance tuning & data validation
- Experience handling customer/application tickets and stakeholder interactions




- Ability to resolve production issues within defined SLA timelines
- Azure Databricks / Spark / PySpark knowledge is an added advantage
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends as required

?️ Key Responsibilities ✔️ Provide production/application support for BI and Informatica ETL processes

✔️ Monitor and resolve ETL job failures and production issues

✔️ Handle incidents, service requests and break-fix activities within SLA

✔️ Troubleshoot Informatica workflows, mappings, sessions and database issues

✔️ Perform data validation and analyze Data Warehouse/Data Mart issues

✔️ Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate RCA/resolution

✔️ Support critical batch processing jobs and production incidents
