About the role Build ResQBag's presence through creator partnerships and organic social growth in Bengaluru's food and sustainability community.

Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to local micro-influencers (food, sustainability, HSR/Bengaluru lifestyle niches) for collabs and Rescue Bag trials

- Coordinate influencer visits to partner outlets, briefs, and content approvals

- Manage ResQBag's Instagram/social calendar in coordination with the video editor

- Track influencer performance (reach, saves, sign-ups, promo code usage)

- Stay on top of trending formats/audio and adapt them to ResQBag's brand voice ("rescued/surplus/neighbourhood," never "leftover/waste/cheap")

Requirements

- Active understanding of Instagram/YouTube creator ecosystem in Bengaluru

- Solid written communication for outreach and briefs

- Comfortable with basic outreach tracking (sheets/CRM)

- Interest in sustainability, F&B;, or D2C marketing a plus

Nice to have

- Existing relationships with Bengaluru food/lifestyle creators

- On-camera comfort (can occasionally be the face of ResQBag content)
