Influencer Marketing Internship

Stipend: ₹10,000 fixed + up to ₹5,000 performance-linked (up to ₹15,000/month)

About the role

You will sit inside the influencer and creator side of our client work. This is not a shadowing internship. You will own outreach lists, talk to creators, negotiate deliverables and track what actually performed. Expect real accounts, real budgets and real deadlines from week one.

What you will do

- Build and maintain creator databases across categories, cities and follower tiers
- Run first-touch outreach to influencers, managers and talent agencies over Instagram, email and calls
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines and commercials within brief and budget
- Coordinate briefs, scripts, product dispatch and content approvals between clients and creators
- Track live campaigns and chase deliverables until they are published
- Pull performance data (reach, views, saves, engagement, link clicks) and build post-campaign reports
- Track trends, audio, formats and creators worth putting in front of clients
- Support the wider content and social team on shoots, launches and events when needed





What we are looking for

- Graduate or final-year student in marketing, mass communication, media or a related field. We also read portfolios over degrees
- Robust written and spoken English and Hindi
- Genuinely online. You should already know which creators matter in at least two or three categories
- Comfortable on the phone and on DMs. A lot of this job is follow-up
- Organised with spreadsheets. Excel or Google Sheets is non-negotiable
- Able to work from our Greater Noida West office six days a week

Bonus points

- Prior internship in influencer marketing, talent management or a creator-led brand
- You run your own page, newsletter or YouTube channel
- Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut or basic editing
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable or any influencer discovery platform
