Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with all shortlisted influencers from briefing to final video delivery.
- Communicate clearly with influencers regarding concepts, scripts, references and deliverables.
- Create trending and viral-friendly video concepts for influencers.
- Understand each influencer’s content style and suggest concepts that suit their audience.
- Research daily trends, viral Reels, hooks, formats, sounds and content styles.
- Give influencers clear creative direction while allowing their content to feel natural.
- Develop strong hooks, concepts and storylines that can increase watch time, shares and engagement.
- Review influencer videos and provide feedback/changes before final approval.
- Ensure videos are high-quality,



on-trend and aligned with the brand’s positioning.
- Follow up with influencers to ensure timely submission and posting.
- Maintain complete communication and coordination with influencers throughout the campaign.
- Work closely with the internal Content & Marketing Team to execute campaigns.
- Continuously analyse which influencer videos are performing well and replicate successful formats.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
