We’re looking for a hands-on influencer marketing expert who can build and execute creator campaigns across YouTube and Instagram. This is not just a coordination role. We need someone with practical experience in identifying the right creators, developing robust content ideas, negotiating collaborations, and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute InstaAstro’s influencer marketing strategy across YouTube and Instagram.

- Identify and shortlist relevant Instagram influencers and YouTube creators based on audience quality, content, reach, engagement, and conversion potential.

- Plan Instagram Reels, partnership ads, and YouTube long-form video integrations.

- Develop creator briefs, scripts, hooks, and content concepts that feel natural to each creator’s audience.

- Handle outreach, negotiation, content approvals, publishing, usage rights, and creator relationships.

- Work closely with creators during execution—not just through agencies or managers.

- Track views, engagement, clicks, app installs, first purchases, CAC, and ROAS.

- Identify winning creators and content formats that can be scaled through repeat collaborations and paid ads.

Who We’re Looking For

- Practical, hands-on experience managing Instagram influencer campaigns.





- Experience working on YouTube long-form videos, including dedicated videos and brand integrations.

- Proven ability to manage campaigns from creator discovery to final publishing.

- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube content, creator audiences, hooks, and storytelling.

- Good negotiation and creator relationship-management skills.

- Ability to evaluate creators beyond follower count and identify genuine performance potential.

- A 0-to-1 mindset with high ownership, speed, and a strong focus on execution.

- Comfortable working with nano, micro, mid-tier, and large creators.
