We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Trainee to join our Internal Audit team. The trainee will gain hands-on exposure to internal audit processes, risk assessment, internal controls, compliance reviews, and business process evaluations across various functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting internal audits across business functions and processes.
- Support the planning, execution, and documentation of audit assignments.
- Perform testing of internal controls and identify process gaps and control weaknesses.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, exceptions, and potential risks.
- Prepare audit workpapers, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Track audit observations and follow up on implementation of corrective actions.
- Assist in risk assessments and development of risk-based audit plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Support special projects, investigations, and process improvement initiatives as required.

Eligibility Criteria





- CA Intermediate/IPCC qualified candidate pursuing Articleship and eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.
- Strong understanding of accounting, auditing principles, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks.
- Data analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
