Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Industrial Product Sales Executive to develop new business, manage existing customers, and achieve sales targets for our industrial products. The candidate will be responsible for customer visits, lead generation, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, order follow-up, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential industrial customers.
- Visit factories, industries, dealers, distributors, and other prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Present and explain product features, benefits, specifications, and applications.
- Prepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, quotations, and sales activities.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the management/product team.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers when required.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with relevant industrial sales experience may also be considered.

Compensation Salary: ₹25k – ₹50k per month/year, depending on experience and performance.

Additional: Performance-based incentives/commission as per company policy.
