Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Intern role based in New Delhi. The intern will support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns across social media platforms, including identifying suitable influencers, managing outreach, and maintaining influencer databases. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating content briefs, tracking deliverables, monitoring campaign performance, and assisting with reporting and analytics.

The intern will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create engaging content ideas, support brand partnerships,



and help strengthen Fitspire’s online presence in the health and wellness space.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with social media and influencer platforms, including basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with influencers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Basic marketing knowledge and an interest in digital and influencer marketing strategies.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, document, and interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Proficiency in written English and the ability to draft explicit emails, briefs, and social media copy.
- Genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness, with the ability to represent Fitspire’s values and products.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
