The Avo Company | Full-time | In office (Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad) | ₹15,000 - ₹25,000/month The Avo Company is focused on building India’s most transparent avocado oil brand, rooted in the belief that nourishment begins with honesty. Single-origin avocado oil made in Málaga, Spain, batch tested for purity, and bottled in India. We are hiring in-store brand promoters to represent The Avo Company across our retail and modern trade partners in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad.

What you will do:

- Engage shoppers at the shelf/demo counter and introduce them to TAC's avocado oil range (pure oil tins, EV tins, spray cans)
- Conduct product demos and sampling to drive trial and purchase
- Explain why avocado oil and what makes The Avo Company different
- Maintain shelf visibility, POS material placement, and stock checks
- Track daily footfall, conversions, and share basic feedback/reporting

Who we are looking for:

- Fluent in Hindi and English (must-have)




- Telugu a strong plus for our Hyderabad location, Gujarati for Ahmedabad, and Marathi for Mumbai
- Prior experience as a promoter/brand ambassador in modern trade or FMCG preferred, not mandatory
- Presentable, punctual, and confident engaging strangers
- Based in or able to commute to one of our retail locations in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, or Hyderabad

Schedule:

- 6 days a week, in-store. One weekday off; weekends are working days
- Shift timed around 1 hour after store opening until 1 hour prior to store closure, and must be present always during the prime shopping hours at the store

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and location
