We are looking for an Inbound Sales & Conversion Executive to convert warm and inbound leads into customers. This is not a cold-calling role. You will interact with prospects who have already shown interest through webinars, trials, landing pages, or marketing campaigns.
You will work with coaches, consultants, educators, and creators who are looking to grow and monetize their audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up with webinar attendees and trial users who have shown interest.
- Understand customer requirements and handle objections professionally.
- Assist prospects with genuine purchase or checkout-related concerns.
- Prioritize leads based on intent and engagement.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, lead status, and conversion details.
- Track conversion outcomes and share relevant insights with internal teams.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Support team after conversion.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, inbound sales, telesales, or similar roles.
- Experience in converting warm/inbound leads is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with consultative selling and objection handling.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales targets.
- Persuasive, customer-focused, and professional approach.
Preferred Experience
Experience in SaaS, EdTech, subscription-based products, webinars, or trial-based sales funnels will be an advantage.
Note: This role focuses on inbound and warm leads, rather than mass cold-calling.
