As a Senior Associate you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Skilled skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP HCM Time Management modules including: Work schedules and shift planning

- Time evaluation (PE configuration)

- Absence and attendance types
- Leave management and holiday calendars

- Overtime and premiums
- Integrate Time Management with SAP Payroll and other HCM sub-modules
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications




- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time recording, time evaluation, and payroll integration
- Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure data accuracy
- Provide production support and manage change requests
- Prepare functional documentation and configuration guides
- Support statutory and compliance requirements related to working time and leave policies
- Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and interfaces
