Summary

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Azure-first Global Capability Center (GCC). This role is responsible for operating, optimizing, and modernizing enterprise and cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments supporting global business platforms.

Responsibilities

Azure Hybrid Infrastructure Operations





- Operate and support Azure infrastructure services including VMs, Storage, Networking, and identity services
- Manage hybrid infrastructure integrating on-prem systems with Azure cloud
- Ensure high availability, performance, backup, and disaster recovery for business critical workloads
- Provide L3/L2 infrastructure support, including incident, problem, and change management
- Participate in on-call rotations supporting global 24x7 environments

Cloud Platform Modernization

- Support and maintain Azure subscriptions, resource groups, networking, and access control
- Execute and support cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Monitor infrastructure health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerting tools
- Drive capacity planning, cost optimization, and performance tuning

Automation Infrastructure as Code

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operations using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep
- Develop scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Improve operational efficiency through standardization and self-service
