Perform in-process inspections at various production stages according to quality plans and inspection standards.
Verify product dimensions, specifications, appearance, and process parameters using appropriate measuring instruments.
Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of components and finished products.
Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation and reports.
Identify, document, and report non-conforming products and process deviations.
Coordinate with production supervisors and operators to resolve quality issues.
Ensure adherence to quality control procedures, work instructions, and customer specifications.
Monitor production processes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Support root cause analysis activities for quality-related issues.
Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
Ensure proper handling and segregation of rejected or non-conforming materials.
Participate in internal audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain calibration status awareness of measuring and inspection equipment.
