We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Anywhere Developer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotic process automation (RPA) and a proven track record of developing and implementing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with business analysts to identify and refine automation requirements.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure ongoing efficiency and performance.
- Create detailed documentation for developed processes and procedures.
- Provide support and training to end-users on implemented RPA solutions.

Mandatory skill sets
- UiPath
Preferred skill sets
- Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
- Knowledge of cognitive automation and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with process modeling and automation frameworks.
- Advanced/Master Certification in Automation Anywhere.
Experience
- 4+ yrs to 7 years of total experience with at least 4 years of hands-on UiPath development and platform support
- Prior experience working on enterprise-scale UiPath implementations (multi-bot environments, COE-led delivery)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3+ years with Automation Anywhere and other RPA tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
